Shipping & Delivery Information

We use a large network of couriers to make sure you receive your orders when you expect them. Read below to find out more about our delivery services. Use the table above to check the countries we ship to and the estimated shipping times and rates.

International Orders

Shipping methods

To deliver your goods we will use expedited shipping couriers or standard shipping services. We will choose the most appropriate service depending on the weight, value and destination of your order.

All of our logistics partners have top speed and safe international mail shipping services for sending goods internationally.

Our services also include international shipping with a tracking number for each purchase.

Estimated delivery times are displayed during the checkout and on the order confirmation email. However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed since transit time might vary depending on the final destination and customs policies of each country. 

In certain countries products may not be shipped to PO Box addresses and Japanese Taste assumes no liability for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, continued absence of the recipient, customs issues or force majeure.

Combining Orders

If you’ve placed multiple orders within a few days of each other that qualify for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may be sent in one parcel. You’ll be able to see whether they’ve been shipped together if the tracking information for each of the orders you’ve placed is the same.

Customs and Import Duties

An international order might be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs might be.

Please note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Tracking your parcel

No matter which shipping method you choose tracking number will always be provided. After the order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with all the shipping details including the courier name and tracking number. If you have an account with us you can also check the status of your order accessing the orders tab under my account.
