Crafted on Tanegashima Island, ARCABUZ Gold is a Japanese agricole rum made from fresh sugarcane juice. From growing the sugarcane to distilling, aging, and bottling, every step takes place on the island. Made using the first pressing of freshly harvested Kurokaido and Norin No. 22 sugarcane, it is aged in American white oak barrels and bottled at its natural cask strength of 55% ABV without dilution or blending.
It features notes of honey, vanilla, gentle oak, and warm spices with a smooth, well-balanced finish. Enjoy it neat to appreciate its full character, over ice for a softer sip, or in premium rum-forward cocktails.
Its distinctive octagonal bottle is inspired by the Portuguese matchlock gun, a symbol of Tanegashima's rich history.
