These broad bean chips walk an unusual line between potato chip saltiness, and earthy bean flavor.
I find that these are best ingested a few at a time, the flavor can compound and become a bit overwhelming when eaten at a “typical snacking rate.” A small bag typically takes a day or two to work through.
