While burdock root tea is common in Japan, finding an organic burdock tea is quite a task! With every sip of this tasty and healthy drink, you can rest assured you’re only consuming nature’s gifts, with nothing artificial added in the mix.
Whole burdock roots are washed, cut, and shaved one-by-one by hand. Including burdock skin in the mix greatly increases the nutritional contents of the drink. Then, the burdock shavings are left to dry in Kagoshima's tropical sun before being packed into convenient tea bags.

For those who want to be healthy, this tea is perfect. There is a slight bitterness and an earthy taste. It tastes great with honey. Also, don't forget about the healing properties of burdock root!!!
