Concretely this organic shiro dashi is seasoned with Hichifuku's shiro shoyu made from organic wheat and soybeans. In addition to shiro shoyu, this shiro dashi contains bonito flakes, shiitake mushrooms, and kombu seaweed, and is seasoned with organic salt and mirin to create a balance of flavors.
