- 2 onions (14.1 oz, 400 g)
- 2 potatoes (10.6 oz, 300 g)
- 1 carrot (7 oz, 200 g)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 5 2/5 cups (1,300 ml) of water (4 4/5 cups (1,150 ml) if cooking in a covered pot)
How to make
Preheat oil in pot, add bite-size pieces of meat and vegetables, and sauté well.
Add water and simmer until ingredients soften (about 15 minutes).
Break apart the curry blocks into a pot and stir until dissolved.
Simmer once more at low heat and stirring occasionally until curry thickens (about 10 minutes).
