Rehydrate the akamoku seaweed by soaking it in water for around 11 hours.

Parboil the rehydrated akamoku for 60 seconds. Then transfer it to a bowl of cold water and let it cool down.

Mince the akamoku and stir it well.

You can enjoy this seaweed by mixing it with grated radish and seasoning such as soy sauce, ponzu sauce, or mentsuyu. It also goes well with soup dishes.
