The noodles are made from the manufacturer’s original blend of select Japanese flours that brings an excellent elasticity to their noodles.
These noodles are then seasoned with a premium Japanese solar salt to enhance their umami and the flavor of the wheat.
Unlike ordinary square-cut dried noodles, this product comes with round flat noodles. This makes the noodles’ texture smoother and chewier.
