Isuke prides themselves on using traditional Japanese lacquer in colors that are rarely seen. While most Japanese lacquerware is red or vermilion, Isuke has been experimenting with colors to produce lacquerware in a variety of fun colors. Each of these boxes comes in a two-tone colorway, with one shade for the outside of the box, and a second shade for the pattern, and the inside of the box.
