This original blend of stone-ground Uji matcha combines different particle sizes to bring out a rich aroma and balanced bitterness that reflects the character of Uji tea. The fine powder dissolves easily in hot water and is less likely to clump, making it simple to prepare at home.
Enjoy it whisked as traditional matcha or mixed into milk, soy milk, smoothies, and desserts. It also works well in baking and confectionery recipes.

When preparing matcha, add 1.5g, about 1 light teaspoon, into a cup. Pour in 60ml of 80-degree hot water and whisk thoroughly with a bamboo whisk until smooth.
