Kakinotane is a Japanese traditional rice cracker snack. It is usually flavored with shoyu and chili. It is one of my favorites, but I usually get a reaction from too much salt. This low-sodium version is great. I can eat it without getting a reaction. Of course, I eat moderately, but I still can eat it!
