I'll admit that while I'm a huge fan of natto, I'm not always keen on the mucilaginous aspect. This definitely makes having natto easy--and if you get it wet, it is still mucilaginous so it's not exactly gone, but you can incorporate into meals easily. Sweet and a little nutty.

Would you have an idea of how much nattokinase it contains?
examples (in other natto powders) are 5,000 FU/g or 20,000 FU/g (= Fibrinolytic Units per gram)
