Mizkan Kantan Vinegar comes seasoned with salt, sugar, lemon juice, kelp and spices to help you enrich any dish.
Without adding any other condiment, you can easily make tasty dishes by just adding this vinegar. For example, Mizkan vinegar goes well with pickles, sushi, marinated food, meat, etc.
For vegetable pickles: Cut vegetables and put them in a plastic bag with this vinegar. Knead the bag and let the vegetables soak in the vinegar for more than 30 minutes.
For cooking meat: You can add this vinegar when you cook some meat in a pan. Cook until the vinegar gets slurry and thickened.
For sushi rice: Add 70ml of this vinegar on 300g of cooked warm rice. Mix well and let it cool down.
