Myojo Charumera Tonkotsu Ramen are a popular Japanese instant noodles made of tonkotsu base stock, vegetables and seasonings.
The rich tonkotsu broth is then paired with non-fried noodles. You can make the taste and flavor of the soup even richer by adding the seasoning oil bag that comes with the instant noodles.
Myojo specializes in creating non-fried, straight, hard noodles, which is the preference of many people when eating Japanese Tonkotsu Ramen.
Boil the noddles in 500 ml of boiling water for 90 seconds.
While cooking the noodles, put the powdered soup and seasoning oil in a bowl.
After cooking the noodles, pour the boiling water first in the bowl and mix well.
Finally you add the noodles in the bowl. You can also add any toppings of your choice.
