- Mix one bag (200g) of pancake mix with 200-250ml of milk or skim milk, and one medium egg (if desired).
- Mix until combined.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat, and let cool slightly after lowering the heat.
- Pour 1/4 of the mixture into the center of the pan.
- Cook over medium heat for three minutes or until ready.
- Flip and cook for a further two minutes.
