With this flour you can easily make authentic and soft Japanese okonomiyaki.
Nisshin Okonomiyaki Flour already contains dashi (Japanese basic broth made from bonito and konbu) mixed with the flour.
Dashi enhances the umami taste and aroma of okonomiyaki. You will just need to add the other ingredients to make okonomiyaki (see directions of use).
