Oigawa Kabusecha Green Tea is sourced from the pristine fields of Kagoshima Prefecture which is known for cultivating the finest Kabusecha in all of Japan. Oigawa's Kabusecha tea leaves are meticulously handpicked and chosen for their quality and flavor.
To produce honkabusecha the tea fields are covered with large shading sheets to block sunlight, which results in a dark, deep grean tea characterized by its mellow and sweet flavor.

Put approximately 8g of tea leaves into a teapot. Cover with the appropriate amount of hot water (80 degrees C) and let steep for 45 seconds.
