This is my favorite flavor amongst all CM. I love the unique texture it combines thick and light, great snack for the day!

I didn't know what to expect, but Calorie Mate tastes pretty decent, it has the consistency of shortbread but doesn't taste like shortbread (a bonus to me), and it's slightly sweet. I skip meals at work sometimes, and because Calorie Mate has nutrients added I feel better eating a packet of these over a granola bar or protein bar.
