This Gyoza mould by Shimomura enables you to make home made gyoza dumplings easily. You just have to put the ingredients and fold the maker.
This set has three pieces in it so that you can make gyoza with your family or friends.
Tip: you can enjoy gyoza better with this sauce.
1) Open the maker, put the gyoza dough (the outer skin) on the center. You can make the edge of dough little bit so that it sticks better.
2) Take the rounded piece and dip it into water. Then when it is wet, press it into one side of the gyoza dough.
3) Use the spoon in the kit to scoop the correct amount of gyoza filling, and insert it into the center of the mold.
4) Close the maker, and you now have well wrapped Gyoza in your hand.

I wish the instructions were in English. I am not sure how to use the form to make dumplings look like the picture shown on the package. Why the unusual shape for the form? How do you make the traditional folds in the completed dumpling?

I have arthritis and uncontrolabe shakes which make using my hands painful and messy. This tool speeds up the process and my gyoza looks so nice instead of a hot mess. I going to be purchasing another shortly for my grown granddaughter and have her help (I have to make 100 at a time, family loves them)
