I didn’t receive shipment info through email but the item arrived to me very quickly. The tamagoyaki pan itself is amazing. Great craftsmanship. The pan conducts heat evenly and the silicone nonstick layer keeps food from sticking. Perfect tamagoyaki every single time. I have been able to make a huge fluffy 5-egg tamagoyaki using this pan due to its long shape even though the pan is narrow. I do wonder once the pan loses the silicone layer if the pan will still effectively keep its nonstick performance. Definitely the best tamagoyaki pan I have used so far (I like this one even better than my copper tamagoyaki pan - need to get tin layer redone)!

I thought I had to age the pan, but it's enameled. Even so it's really a breeze to make the dishes. Things don't stick to the surface which makes cleaning very easy.
