Yamamoto Nori Seaweed is picked in the beginning of the harvest season, when nori seaweed has the best quality. It is taken from the beautiful, clean waters of the Ariake Sea, and then carefully dried and roasted to create an unbeatable flavor.
It has a crunchy texture that melts in your mouth, with an excellent nutritional benefit, as it's packed with vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin C, iron, protein, fiber, calcium, EPA and carotene.
Enjoy this nori seaweed with rice, sushi, mochi, or just as it is as a snack. You're sure to love it!

After finishing Nori brought from Japan, I tried the Nori made in Japan sold at the Asian store. It was terrible though it was pricy. Ever since, I’m buying this Nori from Japanese Taste. Thank you for carrying this excellent Nori!
