I received the bowls in excellent condition. They were packaged very well. They have replaced the plastic bowls which have all cracked around the rim. I will be able to use these to put hot items in and use to melt and then cool caramel, etc.

We got these as an alternative to Pyrex heavy bowls. These are nice and light weight. Perfect size for what we need. When cleaning, I noticed some ash residue under the rim. Just make sure to get that spot as well!
