Youki Gara Soup Stock is made of high-quality chicken, vegetables, spices, and rock salt.
This additive-free chicken stock is used as base for many dishes such as ramen, gyoza and fried rice.
Comes in a light jar and in granulated form.
You can use it for various cooking just by adding into a pan or pot.
For stir fry for 2 people, add about 2 small spoon full of the stock (or adjust to your preference).
For fried rice, add about 1-2 spoon full of the stock.
For soup, add about 1 spoon full of the stock.
