Youki Chicken Stock, or also called Gara Soup Stock, is a natural Japanese seasoning used as a base for many dishes such as broths, noodles, gyoza dumplings or fried rice.
This dashi stock is completely additive-free and made with natural ingredients such as chicken, vegetables, spices, starch and rock salt.
Comes in a light jar and in granulated form for ease of use.
You can use it for various cookings, easily by just adding or dissolving the granules into your dishes.
Some examples (measure for 2 people):
- For stir fried foods add about 2 small full spoons of youki stock (or adjust to your preference).
- For fried rice, add about 1-2 full spoons of stock.
- For soups, add about 1 full spoon of stock.
