This kuromamecha black bean tea is made from 100% Tamba Black black soybeans, grown in Hyogo prefecture.
Tamba Black is a distinct variety of black soybean that is lauded for its shiny exterior, large size, and wonderful flavor - it has a distinctive aroma and subtle sweetness that you won't find with other black soybeans, which is why it's considered one of the crown jewels of Japanese bean varieties.
This tea can be drunk both hot and cold, so you can enjoy it year-round. It's also 100% caffeine-free, so you can drink it at any time of the day or night.
Enjoy the unique, nutty flavor of Japanese kuromamecha black soybean tea wherever you are!
For iced tea, put about 1 liter of water and 1-2 tea bags in a pot. Stir gently, and put in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Remove the teabags when the tea is as strong as you prefer.
For hot tea, put one teabag in a teapot and pour 200ml of boiling water over it. Wait for 3 minutes, gently disturb the teabag, and pour the tea alternately into cups.
You can also prepare a bottle of tea for work or school the night before by placing one teabag into a 500ml drink bottle, filling with water, and leaving in the refrigerator.
