Its crispy yet melts in your mouth. Its not overly sweet. Its the perfect balance of sweetness and the filling is creamy and slightly salty which compliments the biscuit. Would be great alone or with tea.

These cookies are so delicious I ordered 6 bags of them! They’re unlike any cookie I’ve ever had and everyone I’ve shared them with loves them. The salty, savory goodness at the end that lingers in your mouth after the last bite is the best part! Just wish I didn’t live halfway across the world from where they’re sold. :)
